石虎(副教授)

    石虎,男,出身于1989年12月,2016年12月于美国普渡大学农业与生物工程系获得博士学位,先后在美国阿肯色大学与爱荷华州立大学任博士后研究员(2017/5-2019/10)。2020年4月入职上海海洋大学食品学院,通过即评即聘程序聘为副教授。迄今发表SCI/EI论文10余篇,2018年获得美国农业与生物工程协会(ASABE)优秀论文奖(Superior Paper Award)

研究领域食品安全与食品加工新技术。主要研究方向为低温等离子体技术在农业与食品中的应用,包括食品杀菌保鲜、真菌毒素降解、农药残留去除等。其他研究方向包括新型干燥技术、食品3D打印技术等。
