石虎(副教授)

石虎,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。普渡大学(美国) 农业与生物工程系博士(2016),中国农业大学学士与硕士(2006-2012),阿肯色大学与爱荷华州立大学博士后研究员(2017-2019)。2020年聘任上海海洋大学食品学院副教授,上海市青年东方学者。迄今发表SCI/EI论文10余篇,2018年获得美国农业与生物工程协会(ASABE)优秀论文奖(Superior Paper Award)

研究领域为食品杀菌保鲜技术。主要研究方向为低温等离子体技术装备创制与杀菌保鲜机制,如食品杀菌保鲜、真菌毒素降解、农药残留去除等。其他研究方向包括新型干燥技术、食品3D打印技术等。
