陈晨伟,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。曾在企业工作4年多,现为食品学院教师,食品冷链物流品质控制团队主要成员(团队负责人:谢晶)。近年来主持国家“十三五”重点研发计划、上海市高校青年教师资助计划、校企合作项目、上海海洋大学科技发展专项等多个项目的研究,在Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Food Control、LWT - Food Science and Technology、Food Packaging and Shelf Life、《农业工程学报》、《食品科学》等国内外核心期刊上发表论文50余篇(第一/通讯作者),授权发明专利6项(已完成成果转化1项)。作为主要完成人获得上海市技术发明奖三等奖1项、浦东新区技术发明奖二等奖1项、中国包装联合会科学技术奖三等奖1项、中国食品工业协会科学技术奖二等奖1项。
