梅俊,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。博士毕业于上海交通大学生物医学工程(生物技术)专业,2017年6月入职上海海洋大学食品科学与工程系,主要从事水产品低温物流品质控制相关教学及科研工作,近年来以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录学术论文30余篇,其中ESI高被引文章1篇,作为第四完成人获得浦东新区科技进步三等奖1项。

主要研究方向:本人属于谢晶教授领衔的水产品冷链物流品质控制团队,以水产品保鲜、保活为研究重点,主要研究方向如下:
