研究领域:①天然抗癌药物开发;②食品营养与健康;③活性肽提取及功能食品。作为项目负责人获得教学及科研项目立项10余项,获得课题经费资助100余万元。其中,主持省部级以上项目2项:国家自然科学基金项目1项,上海市自然科学基金面上项目1项;作为科学骨干参与国家自然科学基金项目4项。研究成果已在Frontiers in Pharmacology,Nucleic Acids Research,Cell Research,FASEB J,Marin Drugs,Journal of Biological Chemistry,CEPP 等国际知名学术期刊上发表, 其中作为第一作者发表影响因子>10的科研论文2篇。目前担任《JoVE》客座编辑,《食品研究与开发》青年委员。
