赵月亮,男,中共党员,2017年博士毕业于香港大学食品科学专业,目前任上海海洋大学食品学院副教授,主要研究领域涉及(1)食品加工过程中有害产物的产生及控制,(2)食品加工过程中营养品质变化机制,(3)生物活性物质的健康功效(预防癌症及代谢综合症)。目前以第一作者或通讯作者在European Journal of CancerMolecular Nutrition & Food ResearchFood ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等癌症领域和食品科学领域SCI期刊发表论文10篇,参编SpringerLink出版社出版的书籍Hand Book of Food Chemistry》,并受邀在美国化学家年会(ACS)和IFT国际会议做口头学术报告。目前担任Molecules (SCIIF=2.86)的客座编辑,及食品科学领域SCI期刊Food ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryJournal of Functional FoodsFood & Function的审稿人。曾获2013年中国农业科学院科技成果一等奖。
