赵月亮(副教授)

赵月亮,男,201711月于香港大学获得博士学位,20181月入职上海海洋大学食品学院,任副教授,硕导,2019入选上海市“青年东方学者”和“扬帆人才计划”,担SCI期刊Molecules的客座编辑。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,上海市科委项目1项,上海市教委项目2项,校级项目3项,以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文13,参编SpringerLink出版社出版的书籍Hand Book of Food Chemistry》。担任美国化学家协会(ACS)会员,为Food Chemistry10多个SCI期刊的审稿人。

  

研究领域:

1)食品热加工过程中产生的危害物的防控理论技术;

2)食品中潜在生物活性物质的挖掘及功能研究、新型健康食品开发。
