朱永恒,男,出生于198210月,上海大学博士(2010.9-2013.12),美国华盛顿大学博士后(2011-2013),2014年起为上海海洋大学食品学院副教授、硕士生导师迄今为止在J. Am. Chem. SocIF=13.86),Chem. Mater9.41., J. Mater. Chem. A8.29, Anal. Chem6.32), Biomacromolecules5.79),Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical (5.40), Langmuir等发表SCI论文24(IF126),论文总被引460次,(第一作者/通讯作者14篇,IF70,第一作者/通讯作者总被引216次)。主要研究方向为化学传感器和生物传感器在食品污染物的检测中的应用及其相关基础科学问题。致力于解决化学传感器和生物传感器传感器应用于食品中污染物的检测目前所面临的重大挑战(SEA):即灵敏度,选择性,长期稳定性和易于现场检测。在综合以上研究结果的基础上研制出应用于食品中污染物检测的高性能的化学传感器和生物传感器。

  

主要研究内容:

1)功能米介孔材料的设计合成,以及基于上述材料的化学/生物感器在食品安全因子快速识别与控制的用研究;

2)米生物技及功能化基微流控芯片食源性致病菌/水果品快速选择检测方法的研究;

3)有序介孔金属半体氧化物的控制合成,以及基于该类材料的化学感器在境、食品染物、医学呼出气体等检测中的用及其相关基科学问题
