钟建,男,出生于19782月,沈阳药科大学学士(1998-2002),北京大学博士(2002-2007),美国普渡大学访问学者(2007.12-2008.32008.5-78-9),中国科学院高级访问学者(化学研究所,2016-2017),爱尔兰都柏林大学博士后(2007-2010),纳米技术及应用国家工程研究中心副研究员(2011-2015)。现为上海海洋大学食品学院副研究员、硕士生导师、食品学院食教第二支部支部书记。入选上海市浦江人才计划、上海市领军人才“后备队”。担任中国食品科学技术学会EHEDG中国分部微生物控制工作组成员(2017.6-)、上海市食品学会食品安全专业委员会委员(2017.8-)、食品经济专业委员会委员(2017.8-)。担任Trends in Food Science & Technology (IF=5.191)Current Pharmaceutical Design (IF=2.611)Journal of Nanomaterials (IF=1.871)Science of Advanced Materials (IF=1.671)等杂志的客座编辑。发表第一作者/通讯作者论文30余篇(影响因子总和超过115),授权国家发明专利20余项。主要研究方向:食品材料纳米表征技术、食品加工与品质评价新技术。
