一、基本情况

  薛斌,男,理学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,食品学院化学系教师,浙江大学化学系化学专业博士,复旦大学化学系博士后,美国约翰斯·霍普金斯大学化学与生物分子工程系访问学者,主要研究方向为食品质量与安全控制(重金属离子和残留药物检测、致病微生物杀灭等)。
